Terms & Conditions

1. The promotor of this competition is Dimoscape (Pty) Ltd trading as Ruggit Wear, (registration number: 2011/148032/07) with its registered address at 323 Lynnwood Rd, Menlopark, 0081 (hereinafter referred to as “Ruggit Wear”). 
2. All persons entering this Ruggit Wear facebook competition (hereinafter referred to as the “Competition”) agree to be bound by these competition terms and conditions. 
3. All entrants to the Competition are doing so entirely at their own risk. 
4. This competition commences on 08 June 2020 and ends on 30 June 2020. 
5. To enter the Competition, the entrant must purchase an entry ticket, on the secure checkout link as shown on facebook post. Thereafter all entries will be entered into an end random draw to win a Kudu Wear Branded Hamper valued at R1500-00 (One thousand five hundred rand). 
6. A random draw will take place on 02 Juy 2020. 
7. Entry fee is R20 per entry. Multiple entries per entrant is allowed and no late entries will be accepted by Ruggit Wear.  
8. The entrant must be in possession of a valid South African identity document and must be over the age of 18 (eighteen) years. The entrant cannot be a juristic entity and must be an individual. 
9. The Competition is not open to employees, agents and/or representatives of Ruggit Wear. The winner will be required to declare this in the form of a declaration. 
10. The winner’s prize is not transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 
11. The winner will be selected by a random draw and notified telephonically by no later than 1 (one) week after the competition. Ruggit Wear may, in its sole discretion, extend this date for any reason whatsoever. 
12. The entrant hereby consents to Ruggit Wear supplying the entrants personal information and contact details to any third party service provider to assist with the administration of the Competition as well as to contact the entrant for providing the results of the Competition and to arrange delivery to the winners of the prizes. 
13. In the event that Ruggit Wear is unable to contact the selected winner within 2 (two) weeks from the date of the draw then another winner shall be selected by a random draw and in compliance with clause 12 above. 
14. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Competition judges and Ruggit Wear is final and binding, and no further correspondence will be entertained. 
15.  The entrant hereby consents to Ruggit Wear using and processing any personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 for processing of the entrants entry as stated herein as well as for any marketing and promotions. The entrant may contact RuggitWear contact Centre on 0129987552 or support@ruggit.com in order to have their personal information verified, amended or removed from the Ruggit Wear database. 
16. By entering the Competition, the entrant acknowledges that he/she is entering a promotional competition for the purposes of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (hereinafter referred to as “CPA”) and the promotional competition will be conducted in accordance with the CPA. The winner of the Competition undertakes to do all things necessary to enable the Builders to comply with its obligations under the CPA including, but not limited to providing any personal information as may be required in order to facilitate handing over the prize (including providing proof of address and identity number) and signing receipt of the prize upon its delivery. 
17. The winners may be requested to provide their names for publicity purposes. The name of the winners and their pictures may be re-posted on Ruggit Wear’s various Social Media sites, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. The winners hereby consent to their name and pictures being posted on Ruggit Wear various Social Media sites and it is the responsibility of the winners to advise Ruggit Wear otherwise in writing when advised of their win. 
18. Ruggit Wear reserve the right to cancel the Competition, to change the number or type of prizes at any time during the Competition, in the event that there are any unforeseen circumstances or causes outside of the reasonable control of Ruggit Wear. 
19. By participating in the Competition, the prize winner agrees to indemnify Ruggit Wear, and release and hold Ruggit Wear harmless against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Competition or resulting from acceptance and participation in the Competition including, but not limited to, any personal injuries, death, damage to property and claims based on defamation or invasion of privacy.
